on the 1891 census they had moved to 116 Devonshire Road, Forest Hill which I believe is a new build in the same road (see below)

Johan married Julia Grossmith Q2 1866 in St. Geo Han Square. (Julia Grossmith was born in 1848 in Wandsworth, Surrey.)

Grosvenor Park was a handsome tree-lined square of the early Victorian period.

Initially the centre of the square remained unbuilt, but it was infilled by houses and a church, All Souls (of 1869).
