Harold married Rae Vera Griffiths, daughter of Frederick Arthur Craven Griffiths and Vera Hinton, on 31 May 1941 in Haifa, Israel. (Rae Vera Griffiths was born on 25 Aug 1913 in 59 St Mark's Road, Brixton and died in Apr 1987 in Hounslow, MDDX.)
